International group Shangri-La obtained the management of Mauritian palace Le Touessrok this year, and it was a match made in heaven. Both brands epitomize elegant luxury and prestige, and the opening of the 5-star hotel was the talk of the town. Needless to say, it was an honour for us to be entrusted with the F&B & Collaterals project, which we worked on tirelessly and with great passion over the last 6 months.

The F&B Adventure

Imagine having to design a wide variety of menus based on the great concepts provided by our dream client Sebastien Noat… Well, we thought that was the coolest thing ever, and we had a blast brainstorming on each restaurant’s identity with our sister agencies OXO and Evolution. The brief was clear: do something unique and different!

One of the key projects, the Sega Bar Menu embodies a dynamic, vivacious Mauritian spirit. It was recently awarded “Best Bar Menu 2015” by Shangri-La International Hotel Management – an achievement we are very proud of ! This wouldn’t have been possible without our dream team: our graphic designer Jean-Paul for the original layout, our talented illustrator Sebastien who made exquisite drawings, and finally novelist Alexandra who tailored the story around fictional character Katia.
